Glint Consultants have won a major project in London to provide Building Services Design and Sustainability services. Riverine Centre is a mixed use scheme on a 6 hectare post industrial land consiting 291 apartments, an enterprise centre, Islamic library, Crèche and a mosque for a congregation of approx. 9500. The project will aim to achieve BREEAM Excellent and reduce carbon emissions by atleast 44%.
